1 .function and structure

:Hydraulic unit supply hydraulic energy to the elements as follows:

Detailed unit list and hydraulic principle draw of each equipment hydraulic system will enclose with random documents.

2 start and run

,.Before starting the hydraulic unit, charge oil until the indicator to max position.

L-HM46!The oil is only type L-HM46 hydraulic oil.

,,After starting, system should be vented. Check the chapter mixing head for more detailed operation.

Pressure control of hydraulic system

When equipment is on the stand-on status, system will erect pre-working pressure with the pressure control relay, the factory leaving value of pre-working pressure is 80120Mpa. And we should notice that the manual pressure-discharging valve is on the status of micro opening to make the pressure on the range of 80120Mpa, the suitable cycle time is 20 minutes.

-----,,,,160bar .On the automatic status, when start testing or injection program, the pressure of hydraulic system will rise up to max value automatically to drive the mixing head and correlative valves. The factory value is 160bar.

3 maintenance

!Attention!

,,,.When in the time of maintenance, we should discharge pressure for hydraulic system, it means loosing handle pressure-discharging valve, waiting until the value down to the zero, then maintain.

3.1 hydraulic oil replacing

(L-HM46).500.2000,.The oil should be replaced by type L-HM46 only. The changing time for the new equipment is around 500 hours, after the first changing, we will change it each 2000 hours, but the oil changing cycle should exceed one year.

,Use strainer or filtering screen to assure the oil purity.

3.2 filtering core of oil strainer replacing

,,,.To the oil strainer and high-pressure oil strainer of the hydraulic system, there should bring empoison and jam after certain cycle, this phenomenon will influence normal working, now we should change the filtering core of the oil strainer.
