1 component streamline type strainer and its driven device

1.1 structure and function of component streamline type strainer

,,,,.Streamline type strainer is a filtering element; Consist of filtering core chip of stainless material, joint body, and rotation handlebar, as filtering element installed on the pump inlet of foaming device.

1.2 cleaning and residue excluding

,,,.The cleaning cycle of streamline type strainer lies on the impurity quantity, we suggest that clean and exclude the strainer each time before starting.

--------4-5,:Rotate the handle 45 round clockwise, filter the contamination to the bottom.

--------,:Open the ball valve on the bottom of strainer and exclude the impurity into case.

1.3 maintenance and control

1bar,,.When the pressure at the pump suction side down and below to 1 bar, the strainer will wall up, so we must disassemble and clean.

-------,:Stop the machine and relief the component pressure

-------:Close outlet ball valve of material tank

-------M8:Screw the out six-corner nut on the strainer cover

-------,:Pull out the filtering core carefully, be care for damaging the airproof.

-------DOP

Clean the filtering core thoroughly in the liquor of DOP or ethylene chloride. Rotate handle when cleaning, then blow with compressed dry air.

-------Clean the strainer shell; drain residual impurity from the discharging port.

-------After cleaning carefully, reinstall the strainer by the converse course.

2 installing and supporting of strainer

The strainer is fixed at the entrance of pump normally, also separately; it lies on the machine type and equipments collocation.
