1．circulation switch unit

Circulation switch unit consists of circulation switch valve controlled by hydraulic and its connection and control.

This unit is used for controlling two circulation modes of components:

------Low-pressure circulation (local circulation), it is the material, which output from metering pumps and arrive to circulation switch valve, back to material tank directly.

------High-pressure circulation (whole circulation), it is the material output from metering pump and goes through circulation switch valve to the mixing head, then back to material tank.

1.1/ Under the status of manual, change the circulation switch by the local /whole circulation relative button on the electric cabinet, this function is used for debugging.

1.2 Under the status of automatic, on the stand-on status (it means no testing or injection operation), two components is on the local circulation status; when start testing and injection program, circulation switch valve will move automatically, to make two components change into whole circulation .
