1、structure

---- 10~100%250bar It is used for polyol and isocyanate metering separately, each one includes one machine frame with standard form, electric motor, coupling joint and metering pump of axis direction piston type that installed safety valve. For the purpose of reducing vibration and noise, it is fixed on the base panel by rubber metal bracket. The adjustment of output is operated by manual wheel and scale panel which installed on the pump shell, the adjustment range is 10%--100%, the pump shell includes gas discharging valve installed on the top and the discharging bolt installed on the bottom of pump shell. Inlet and outlet ports are all controlled and displayed by pressure switch or pressure gauge. The preset value of the pump safety valve is 250bar.

2、maintenance and control

Attention

DOPWhen the metering pump unload or no pressure, prohibit starting! Care about the running situation by observing the appearances. Beside the DOP material, prohibit charging other impregnants, like trichloroethylene, methylene chloride, to operate metering pump or as whole circulation. Because of impregnants cant supply surface lubricating for the motive components inside pump.

Routine advice: each time, when start the pump; increase the output capacity bit by bit. Attain the purpose by pump wheel.

3、venting of metering pump

To the accuracy metering of pump, discharge the gas every day, procedure as follows:

A Material tank pressure adding, start the metering pump

BPlace one appropriate tank below the gas-discharging outlet.

C : Open the gas-discharging valve bit by bit

DClose the valve only until components without air bubble flow out.

4、dial zero adjustment of metering pump

Do zero adjustment, because the panel scale of the adjustment device may be changed during transport.

A .3turn the relative wheel to the end forward to the electric motor direction, loose the socket head screw fixed on the hand wheel (use 3# inner hexagon spanner).

B180 Rotate the dial until the black big finger and red small finger superposition on the scale of 18 or 0 degree

C .Routine maintenance to the pump tight the socket head screw again

DOP Special person with special tools should disassemble change airproof units, the piston pump of axis-direction type. Clean the disassembled components by DOP, to prevent the parts conglutination and residual material rim.

If you dont do as we suggest, you may pay high spending in cleaning and maintenance, and lose the claim right for compensation.

5、isocyanate under liquor discharge of the metering pump

DOP For environment factors, discharging of metering pump should be liquor sealed by DOP.

DOP Assure the end of the gas outlet below the DOP liquor surface.
