Material level control system instruction manual

Liquor position meter: over high position limit, high position, charging liquor position, low position control, and visible liquor position.

1、classification and function

Material level meter includes capacitance type, magnetism type and transparent pipe type, they can collect signal and simulative signal separately, choose appropriate type according to the controlling requirement. There will add on set of over-high material level meter for double protection in high safety class system. (Like foaming machine or premixing system).

2、capacitance type

A principle

The detecting rod and tank wall form electrodes, the high and low level of material level will change medium constant of capacitance, the capacitance value will change accordingly, then convert it the liquor value. Display the liquor position value by second side gauge, set different position values as minimum position, charging position and maximum position, collect signal at three places separately, the controlling system control the opening and closing of charging system or main machine alarming.

B installation and maintenance

Detecting rod fixed on the tank cover, the bottom side insert into material of tank inside. We finish the debugging and installation when it leaves factory, but there may have damage when transporting. Especially inspect the equipment when installation and debugging in field, and re-debugging according to characters of raw material.

This system need not special maintenance after installation, but you have to check the second side gauge if the changing value between before charging and after charging is abnormal or not. If abnormal, please contact the supplier.

3、magnetism material level meter

A principle

It consists of vertical pipes that fixed on the tank body and connect the tank inside, folding board fixed on the vertical pipes and magnetism switch. There have magnetism buoy in vertical pipes, this buoy can move up and downward with the changing of liquor level, by the buoys magnetism to turn over the folding board to change the color from white to red. Meanwhile, magnetism induction switch send signal, set different position values as minimum position, charging position and maximum position, collect signal at three places separately, the controlling system control the opening and closing of charging system or main machine alarming. It doesnt need second side gauge and observe the level position directly.

B installation and maintenance

This device fixed on the connection flange special for material tank body, request airproof and no leakage; it has been installed before leaving factory.

This device is used for routine maintaining and observing if the folding board move up and downward with the material level changing, if there is no motion or not flexible, there may arise crystal in the vertical pipe. The way to exclude the crystal is: pressure relief of material tank, exhaust the material tank, disassemble the two plug of vertical pipe, clear all crystal material, reinstall it by converse sequence.
