Automobile carpet foaming production line is mainly equipped with high pressure foaming equipment and hydraulic mold frame with robot.

The initial state of the mold frame is open, and the carpet base type is placed. The high-pressure foaming machine sends out the pouring signal, and the robot begins to fill the material. After pouring, the mold frame is closed, and the upper mold is opened after the carpet is solidified.
