The HPM350 type high pressure foaming machine is mainly used for the insulation pipe industry to produce under-grounded insulation pipes which is
prefabricated with PU and jacketed with HDPE/steel pipe. The pipe produced by the HPM350 machine is meet the CJ/T114-2000 (neq EN253:1994), standard
of Town construction industry of China. |

The main parts such as metering pump, high pressure mixing head, pressure switches, high pressure pipe & fittings, Electric system PLC element, etc. are
imported from developed country, technical performance as well as the safety performance is best.
Certificate which meet GB150-1998 Standard for the pressurized vessels such as poly/pentane container and isocyanate container.

Suitable foaming system: rigid foam, half-rigid foam;
Suitable material viscosity (22℃):
polyol: max. 2,500 mPa.s;
isocyanate: max. 1,000 mPa.s;
Pouring output: 1000～5800g/sec (ratio 1:1), i.e. 60～350kg/min;
Mixing ratio range adjustable: 5:1～1:5;
Pouring programing time: 0.50～99.99sec.
Operation panel OP (screen size 5.7"～10.4") with Chinese language display, strong menu function and password protection brings convenience and
safety for operator.
Display of the malfunction and audio & visual alarming, as well as emergency stop function. |
