MH-U Series Hydraulically Powered Mold Carriers |
MH-U series hydraulic drive mold carriers is a new type equipment developed based on
ZSIM's MH type mold carrier, to meet the special requirement of automobile inner parts industry,
mainly be used for PU-covering on the plastic parts and the other similar parts foaming
production.
All the ordinal operation for foaming production (to open the mold, close the mold, lock
the mold, drive the mold-plate up/down, clamping the parts, to do edge-breaking of the parts)
is hydraulic/pneumatic drive and by PLC control.
The mold can be operated as single-station or equipped as multi-station system with
high productivity.

Movable mold-plate stroke: 100mm;
Mold-open angle:～95°;
(working-open angle: 60～70°);
