RT1100/18 The Automobile Seat Cushion PU Foaming Line:
The RT1100/18 automobile seat cushion foaming line, That is composed of
1 set HPM50/50/20 three-component double-hardness high pressure foaming
machine, 1 set diameter 11 meters rotary table foaming line by including
installed on the rotary table 6 sets of MP16085 mold carriers as well as 12 sets
MP7065 mold carriers, the mold temperature controller and so on.
This production line uses the production pattern that the automatic
intermittent type or the continuous working, adjustment the rotary table
rotational speed by the frequency converter, automatically opening \ closing the
mold carrier, automatic identify mold number, by manual control mixing-head to
pouring, various equipment components have provided the advanced electricity
control system, may separable step debugging, when production it is operated
