The Multi-mixing heads automatic mixing additive color component
foaming line consists of the following main unit:
HPM High Pressure Foaming Machine;
Hydraulic drive mold carrier system;
Color component automatic metering and mixing with the main component;
Multi-mixing heads pouring stations.
The color material is metered and delivered direct into the mixing head and
collision with poly and isocyanate. Different color can be delivered into different
mixing head, the PLC control system ensure the automatic switchover for
different color/different mixing head. So no cost for cleaning the color tank and
the hose, and you can obtain higher production efficiency. |
