High Pressure Foaming Machine |
The HPM four or three-components double-hardness high pressure
foaming machine is special designed for automobile seat cushion industry,
to produce all the inner automobile seat cushion including fore-seat/backrest,
backseat/backrest and headrest, equipped with 4 or 3 components tank
and metering system (polyol 1, polyol 2 and isocyanate 1, 2) and 1 set of 4-
components L-type dual-chamber mixing head. The component flow is controlled
by frequency converter so that you can get different mixing ratio for
the dual-hardness parts. |
