The metering unit is equipped for component's high precision metering, including
frame, vibration-absorber, motor, pump, magnetic coupling, pressure relief valve
and digital pressure switch for each component side. |

Both polyol and isocyanate side working pressure are allowed in a range of
6～22Mpa.
The limit pressure of the metering pump is pre-set as 25 Mpa and with
mechanical & electrical safety protection.
Large safety-coefficient magnetic coupling between the metering pump and
motor with absolutely non-leakage, ensure the safety degree and long lifespan of
the metering unit. |
