The electrical control system of the machine is equipped with Siemens
Company's S7 series PLC and input/output modules as well as operation
screen panel to ensure the reliability and safety performance.
Functioning description:
manual function, for test commissioning;
automatic function, for normal operation;
dry pouring function, for test pouring operation;
wet pouring function, for normal pouring operation;
auto-circulation function, for long time stop of the machine while the
materials is in the tank;
parameters set function, on the panel;
protection function: with audio and visual alarm and malfunction message
display on screen, as well as emergency stop if necessary. |
